Diskursus Network-Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) pada Senin (13/12) waktu setempat telah mengumumkan daftar nominasi untuk ajang penghargaan Golden Globe ke-79 yang dijadwalkan akan digelar pada 9 Januari 2022.
Serial Netflix asal Korea Selatan yang fenomenal, “Squid Game“, meraih tiga nominasi, yaitu untuk kategori Best Television Series – Drama, Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series – Drama, dan Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Supporting Role.
Acara televisi seperti “Hacks” dan “Only Murders in the Building” juga masuk ke dalam jajaran nominasi Gloden Globe. Selain itu, ada pula film “Dune” dan “Belfast”.
Sedangkan untuk aktor yang termasuk ke dalam daftar nominasi Gloden Globe di antaranya Emma Stone dari “Cruella”, Lady Gaga dari “House of Gucci”, Leonardo DiCaprio dari “Don’t Look Up”, hingga Lee Jung-jae dan O Yeong-su dari “Squid Game”.
